Webster Profiles in Leadership Awards Program has been established to honor Judge Webster’s distinguished career as a respected and treasured leader whose legacy serves as a role model for all Americans and is an inspiration for all. It is also designed to recognize those in public service who have demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities and have set an example for others to follow. Leaders in the various categories of these awards play a significant role in ensuring the current and future economic security of the country.
For over seven decades the Honorable William Webster has demonstrated selfless devotion to public service during an illustrious career serving the country he loves. He has served with devotion to duty, honor, and courage of his convictions. Judge Webster personifies Patriotism, Leadership, and Service to our great nation.

Chairman Emeritus of the Department of Homeland Security Secretary’s Homeland Security Advisory Council
Individuals having demonstrated a significant combination of the following Leadership attributes whether at the peak of their career or at mid-career may be considered by each of the nominating committees for the honor of having this award bestowed upon them:

Beyond honoring those with a long history of public service, the National Economic Security Alliance aims to expand each category to include recognition for individuals mid-career to serve as examples of the types of behaviors that others to seek to emulate.
Continued education is a key leadership tenet, therefore the National Economic Security Alliance aims to establish funding for individuals to pursue higher education via the William H. Webster Leadership in Government Scholarship.
